PMP expert metallurgists use simulation software to calibrate and predict how various metals will react during forging operations when undergoing stresses associated with forging. This allows us to predict grain flow, determine metal strain rates and calculate metal temperature at the forge finishing stage. We also manufacture tooling and processes in compliance with current ANSI-ISO specifications.
